ICLHR Initiative, in co-operation with other public and non-governmental entities, launched an action of dissemination of IHL and HR to different audiences in the West-Pomeranian region of Poland. It is predicated upon the belief that such actions can help shaping pro-democratic attitudes and can support academic and professional development of the target groups.
The joint action has been initiated by Jacek Kowalewski (ICLHR Initiative) and Mr. Marcin Przybysz (attorney, University of Szczecin, Polish Red Cross). The letter of intent between the partners of the co-operation was signed on 17 April 2012 and is available here (in Polish).
